I personally believe pricing accurately fits rates across their stack, especially the HK-CO and T1 series which rule superlatively. Segment airports stack bounds here, but absolute extremes hold fine when not harassed. Shift as you please. This is currently the only provider I’ve encountered offering “Global DNS Unlock” profiles. It is executionally excellent for customization.
RFC offers three product lines in HK: HK-CO, HK-T1(CTC), and HK-T1(JINX). HK-CO is optimized for mainland China. The latter two T1 units are landing machines with zero upfront optimizations. HK-CO utilizes Telecom Dense 163 + Unicom 10099 + Mobile CMI. The two landing tiers differ by international upstream mixes; tests indicate CTC edges JINX slightly in raw speed while JINX holds lower latencies. However, CTC omits DNS unlocks & EMBY server sets. Judging by volumes sold, JINX appears more popular (though benchmarks rarely produce severe discrepancies between them).
HK-CO#
Tri-network optimized machine: Telecom Dense 163 + Unicom 10099 + Mobile CMI. Telecom runs incredibly extreme – single-thread peak hours bidirectionally hitting 500Mbps. Unicom upfront detours in scatteredbounds (Jinan) drag down to 100Mbps floors on multiple benchmarks; backhauls are super extreme at 400Mbps. Mobile suffers isolated segment caps (Harbin/Shenyang/Dalian/Tianjin), while other regions rule supreme – single threads hitting 500Mbps (Guangzhou Mobile pushes 300Mbps). IP cleanliness is average; standard streaming unlocked flawlessly; hardware performance is acceptable.
This node hits a fantastic price cost-efficiency buffer. Positioned as a mid-tier rates tier, experience holds robust. Small regional drops bounds persist, yet most regions yield very extreme thresholds.

Downlink is extreme at 400Mbps. Unicom bidirectional speeds hold extreme at 400Mbps + low retransmissions. Mobile yields robust speeds in most regions at 300Mbps floors, though minor regions crash with massive packet drops. Check ITDOG metrics carefully prior boarding if you reside in drop segments. IP cleanliness is poor, shipped to CN + massive streamers banned—requires DNS unlocks salvaging. Machine performance is acceptable.

JP2-CO-Lite#
Compared to CO, the Lite series lacks routing optimization on the outbound leg, obvious in tests. Telecom is bearable, but Unicom suffers atrocious packet loss. Backhaul is decent, but outbound packet loss cripples interactive use. Disaster for webapps; acceptable for pure downloads/video streaming. IP quality is surprisingly better than CO, though DNS is recommended; average performance.
Unicom users run away; Telecom & Mobile can consider it. Clawless series with 200M cap is restrictive but bearable for individual use.

Landing machine with Telecom/Unicom IIJ + Mobile Softbank routes. Direct: Telecom/Unicom congestion makes it mostly unusable in peak hours; Mobile is great, 200-300M single-thread. Excellent international interconnect (IIJ+Softbank+NTT). Fantastic choice for JP landing; IP quality is surprisingly decent, better with DNS unlock; average performance.
In my book, top JP landing pick. DNS unlock + interconnect + happy Mobile; generous volume, too bad flash sales are hard to catch…

RFC in the US offers single lines per landing. Route: Telecom/Unicom CN2 GIA, Mobile 4837. Landing: JINX custom T1/T2/T3. Interconnect is decent. However, this Classic series is cheap ($0.5/T regular) but has abysmal performance that caps bandwidth speeds. Truly retroactive.
US LAX#
The routing blend of Telecom/Unicom mixed CN2 GIA + 4837 and pure Mobile 4837 is genuinely eye-opening. Furthermore, the provider employs rather peculiar strategies – iPerf3 metrics for Mobile and Unicom uniformly report 0 with zero data throughputs. Consequently, accurate speed determination remains difficult. Strictly evaluating Telecom, uplink performs poorly at only 30-50Mbps, while downlink manages to peak near 200Mbps. IP cleanliness is poor: Disney+ and Netflix are fully Banned, and Meta is Geo-blocked. Rely on DNS unlocks instead. Machine performance is average.
Overpriced in the US West market, only flash sales Offer value.

This Classic series is special with antique HDD RAID1, decade-old E5 2650 CPU, and DDR3 RAM. Complete retro style scaling time machine for early networks. Performance is atrocious, tests crash the CPU. IO crawls at 20-30MB/s for 4K. Dirt cheap with good interconnect, but questionable if it can handle its massive traffic allowance…
