Telecom experiences packet loss, and download speed drops to less than 20Mbps during evening peak hours. Fortunately, Unicom and Mobile speeds are stable at 100Mbps, which is pretty good. IP quality is average, with Gemini/MetaAI lost. Hardware performance is poorer (single-core CPU is overclocked almost to cinders).
